We run free advice clinics at two welcoming community spaces in Fredericton. Come to whichever is easier for you — both offer the same free, no-appointment help from a law student and a volunteer lawyer.

How a visit works
A clinic visit is simple and there's nothing to book in advance.
What to expect
Clinics are free and run on a first-come, first-served basis — no appointment is needed. Because the number of people we can see in a session is limited, please arrive near the opening time. When you check in, you'll fill out a short intake form and go through a brief means test, which helps confirm the clinic is the right fit for your situation. You'll then meet a UNB law student who, with a supervising volunteer lawyer, will explain your rights and options in plain language.

Current schedule
Clinics are held on alternating Mondays, in two sittings: 2:00–4:00 pm in the afternoon and 6:30–8:30 pm in the evening. The exact dates vary through the term, and clinics pause over holidays and exam periods.
